02. Sponsor and promotion period

Prime EV currently offers a free entry route and describes optional Premium benefits that may allow additional entries. To be finalized: precise free-entry steps, entry limits, alternative entry method where required, equal-opportunity treatment, anti-abuse rules, and treatment of duplicate entries. The paid-membership/extra-entry structure requires jurisdiction-specific review.
04. Prizes and odds
To be finalized for each draw: vehicle make/model or equivalent prize, approximate retail value, number of prizes, substitution policy, taxes, fees, delivery location, and transfer restrictions. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received; no fixed odds are promised.
05. Selection and verification
To be finalized: drawing method, draw date and time, independent verification or audit process, winner notification channel, response deadline, eligibility verification, and selection of alternates. Any demo or preset outcome must be clearly distinguished from a real prize draw.
06. Prize acceptance
To be finalized: documentation, tax reporting, shipping or collection arrangements, title and registration, insurance responsibilities, winner publicity consent where permitted, and the deadline for claiming a prize.
07. Fairness and disqualification
Entries may be reviewed for fraud or violation of published rules. Material changes, technical failures, or cancellation procedures must comply with applicable law and be disclosed in the final rules.
